Order & Delivery Policy

Orders may only be placed by persons over 18 years of age and must be paid in full before any goods will be despatched.

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, and typically despatch all order within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Deliveries are usually via Australia post, so depending on your location should arrive within 3-7 days (very remote areas may take longer).

If there is no-one at the delivery address to receive the order, a card will be left for you to collect from the nearest post office or depot. Proof of identity and age may be required.

If special delivery instructions have been advised, goods will be left as authorised, however Little Gemz or our carrier will not be liable for any loss of damage in such instances.

 

Refunds & Returns Policy

Should your delivery of Little Gemz be damaged in any way (ie. broken packaging, incorrectly packed or faulty) please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation promptly.

This may include having the delivery picked up and returned to Little Gemz and a replacement order sent or a total refund of any amount paid.

Should you need to return your purchase or request a refund, please contact us.

 

Customer Service Policy

If goods you have ordered are not available at the time of your purchase you will be notified within 24 hrs via email or phone to arrange an alternative. You may elect to:

  1. Receive alternative products at an equal price,
  2. Receive the same product variety produced in a different year,
  3. Receive a refund, or
  4. Place your order (or part of your order) on back order to receive at a later date when the product becomes available.
